en بررسی آثار کاهش سرمایه اجتماعی در صنعت بانکداری و تأثیر آن بر تولید ناخالص داخلی کشور اقتصاد Economics پژوهشی اصیل - نظری Original Research - Theoric <p dir="RTL">سرمایه اجتماعی مفهوم نسبتاً جدیدی در علوم اجتماعی و یکی از چالش‌های عصر جدید به شمار می رود به طوری که بنا بر اذعان برخی صاحب‌نظران علاج همه مشکلات در جهان مدرن امروز سرمایه اجتماعی می‌باشد. در این راستا یکی از مشکلاتی که امروزه مدیران سازمان‌ها و به خصوص سازمان‌های تولیدی و خدماتی با آن مواجه می‌باشند عدم اطمینان از اجرای صحیح قراردادها به خصوص قراردادهای ضمنی می‌باشد. مدیران اگر بخواهند برای اجرای صحیح این قراردادها تمامی سازمان را کنترل نمایند هزینه‌های گزافی را در پی خواهد داشت. یک راه درست و مطمئن برای حل این مشکل بکارگیری اجزا و عناصر سرمایه اجتماعی در سازمان‌ها است . مطالعه حاضر سعی برآن دارد تا با بهره‌گیری از اندیشه‌های دانشمندان سرمایه اجتماعی، شواهدی از کاهش سرمایه اجتماعی در صنعت بانکداری را بررسی و تأثیر آن را به همراه سایر شکل‌های سرمایه بر میزان تولید ناخالص داخلی کشور آزمون نموده و سپس بر مبنای نتایج آزمون راهکارهایی برای رونق بخشیدن به سرمایه اجتماعی در سازمان‌ها شناسایی و در اختیار مدیران و سایر فعالان در حوزه تصمیم‌گیری و نظارت قرار دهد. یافته های حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که یک رابطه معکوس و معناداری میان کاهش سرمایه اجتماعی در صنعت بانکداری و تولید ناخالص داخلی کشور برقرار می باشد.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">طبقه‌بندی </span>JEL</strong><span dir="RTL"> <strong>:</strong></span>J24, E23, D81, E58</p> <p><em>Social capital is a relatively new concept in the social sciences and is one of the most important challenges of new era in a way that based on experts&rsquo; comments, the solution for all the problems of today&rsquo;s modern world is social capital. To this end, one of the problems that managers of organizations particularly; service and manufacturing organizations have faced with today is lack of trust in accurate implementation of contract specifically implied contracts. If managers tend to control the whole organization for the accurate implementation of these contracts, it would lead to extravagant costs. One proper and certain way to solve this problem is to apply elements and components of social capital in organizations. By deploying scientists&rsquo; thoughts regarding social capital, the present research attempts to analyze the evidence of social capital reduction in banking industry and test its impact along with other forms of capital on GDP of the country.
