en آزادی مالی و اقتصاد بازار محور مسئولیت‌پذیر اجتماعی: تحلیلی مبتنی بر تئوری عدالت رالز اقتصاد توسعه Development Economics پژوهشی اصیل - نظری Original Research - Theoric مقاله حاضر با استفاده از نظریه عدالت رالز به این سؤال تجربی می‌پردازد که آیا اقتصاد بازار محور مسئولیت‌پذیر اجتماعی می‌تواند به توضیح وضعیت فعلی در آزادی مالی و همچنین تغییرات اخیر آن در کشورهای مختلف کمک کند یا خیر. با استفاده از داده‌های سالانه کشورهای منتخب از کشورهای خاورمیانه، شمال آفریقا، آسیا و اقیانوسیه و روش داده‌های ترکیبی، شواهدی ارائه می‌شود که نشان می دهد که سازمان بازار و رقابت، رژیم رفاهی و دارایی‌های خصوصی رابطه مثبت معناداری با آزادی مالی دارند. به نهادهای قانونی توصیه می‌شود که قوانینی را تصویب کنند که بتواند زمینه های لازم برای آزادی مالی و شفافیت اطلاعات مالی در بازارهای مالی را فراهم آورد. Using Rawls's theory of justice, this paper addresses the empirical question of whether the socially responsible market economy can help explain the current situation in financial freedom, as well as its recent variation across countries. Utilizing annual data from selected countries of Middle East, North Africa, Asia and Oceania, and static panel estimation techniques, we provide evidence which suggests that many Socially Responsible Market Economy (SRME) components are statistically significant determinants of Financial Freedom (FF). Our findings reveal that three factors of SRME, namely, organization of the market and competition, welfare regime and private property have a positive significant relationship with FF.
