fa ارایه الگوی افشاء و شفافیت اطلاعاتی در بانک‌ها اقتصاد Economics پژوهشی اصیل - نظری Original Research - Theoric &nbsp;&nbsp; <a name="_GoBack"></a>هدف اصلی این پژوهش تدوین و ارایه ابعاد و مؤلفه&shy;های شفافیت اطلاعاتی در بانک&shy;ها با توجه به شرایط محیطی و بومی کشور ایران<span style="background-color: rgb(0, 255, 0);"> به منظور ارزیابی و رتبه&shy;بندی سطح افشاء و شفافیت اطلاعاتی بانک&shy;های ایرانی </span>می&shy;باشد. با توجه به شرایط و محیط گزارشگری بانک&shy;های ایرانی و نیازهای اطلاعاتی حاکم بر آنها می توان با تبیین سطح افشاء و شفافیت های مشخص، بانک&shy;ها را به صورت کاربردی مورد ارزیابی قرار داد و سپس رتبه&shy;بندی نمود. جهت دستیابی به این هدف، در وهله اول، فهرست ابعاد و مؤلفه&shy;های افشاء و شفافیت از درون تحقیقات و مراجع حرفه&shy;ای بانکی استخراج و پس از تلفیق، تعدیل و تلخیص آنها، فهرست نهایی ابعاد و مؤلفه&shy;ها در معرض نظرسنجی خبرگان قرار گرفت. با توجه به عدم وجود مدل مناسب افشا و شفافیت اطلاعاتی در بانک‌های ایران، بهترین راه تأیید معیار<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ها، ابعاد و مؤلفه&shy;های<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span> این مدل، استفاده از نظرات متخصصان بود. به منظور تأیید مؤلفه&shy;های مستخرجه و در نهایت طراحی الگو، از روش دلفی و آزمون <span dir="LTR">t</span> تک&shy;نمونه&shy;ای، استفاده شد. درنتیجه، الگوی نهایی مشتمل بر 11&nbsp;بعد شفافیت اطلاعاتی برای ارزیابی و رتبه&shy;بندی سطح افشاء و شفافیت اطلاعاتی بانک&shy;های ایرانی، ماحصل این پژوهش کابردی می&shy;باشد.<br> &nbsp; The primary purpose of this research is to develop and present dimensions and components of information transparency in banks to evaluate and rank the level of information disclosure and transparency of Iranian banks, considering the environmental and native conditions of Iran. Regarding the reporting conditions and reporting environment of Iranian banks and the information needs that govern them, one can evaluate the banks on an applied level by explaining the level of disclosure and specific information transparency and then ranked it. For this purpose, firstly, the list of dimensions and components of disclosure and transparency is extracted from research, documents, and standards issued by professional banking authorities. Then after incorporation, adjustment, and summary, the final list of dimensions and components is reviewed by experts. Due to the lack of a proper model of information disclosure and transparency in Iranian banks, the best way to confirm the criteria, dimensions, and components of the model was to use the opinions of experts. The Delphi method and the one-sample t-test were used to verify the components and finally design the model.
