en چارچوب تصمیم‌گیری برون‌سپاری فعالیت‌ها در سیستم بانکی اقتصاد توسعه Development Economics پژوهشی اصیل - گزارش موردی Original Research - Case Study <strong>چکیده:</strong><br> علی‌رغم روند رو به رشد برون‌سپاری خدمات مالی در دهه‌های اخیر، اغلب پروژه‌های برون‌سپاری به دلیل کیفی بودن معیارهای تصمیم‌گیری و عدم توجه به تفاوت‌های موجود در شرایط محیطی با شکست روبرو شده‌اند . هدف از تحقیق طراحی مدلی به منظور تصمیم‌گیری در مورد برون‌سپاری فعالیت‌ها در سیستم بانکی می باشد . تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و توسعه‌ای و به لحاظ چگونگی گردآوری داده‌ها، از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی &ndash; پیمایشی است. ابزار تحقیق در بخش کیفی مصاحبه و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل خبرگان بانکی در 7 بانک دولتی و بانک مرکزی‌می‌باشد. پس از بررسی ابعاد مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها برگرفته از مبانی نظری و پژوهش‌های انجام شده و مطالعات و مصاحبه‌های اکتشافی، مدل اولیه شناسایی گردید.سپس با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی و 3 دور گردش بین 20 نفر از خبرگان بانکی مدل نهایی تحقیق با 6 عامل و 22 زیر عامل مشخص شد . به منظور ارتباط بین معیارها و وزن‌دهی به عوامل از روش دی متل فازی و <span dir="LTR"><strong>ANP</strong></span> فازی استفاده گردید. به نظر می‌رسد سیستم بانکی به منظور برون‌سپاری فعالیت‌ها در سیستم بانکی باید به نقش و اهمیت این عوامل توجه نموده تا ریسک‌های مرتبط با برون‌سپاری فعالیتها را به حداقل ممکن برساند.<br> &nbsp; Though financial services outsourcing has been increasing during the last decades, most outsourcing projects have failed due to qualitative criteria used in decision-making as well as being unaware of differences in environmental circumstances. This study aims at designing a model of deciding on outsourcing in state banks. The data of this applied, developmental research was collected, using descriptive-survey method and two instruments, namely, interview and quantitative were used in qualitative and quantitative sections, respectively. The sample of the study comprises of banking experts working in six state banks and the Central Bank of Iran. The initial model was derived, based on an analysis of the aspects of variables as well as the indices obtained from the theoretical principles and previous studies. The final research model, which consists of 6 factors and 22 subfactors was developed, using the Fuzzy Delphi Method and in triple consultation with 20 banking experts. The criteria were weighted, and the relationship between the criteria was examined, using F-DEMATEL method and ANP.
