en جهانی شدن و نابرابری درآمد: آیا سطح توسعه مالی اهمیت دارد؟ اقتصاد کلان Macroeconomics پژوهشی اصیل - نظری Original Research - Theoric این مقاله تاثیر جهانی شدن بر نابرابری درآمد را در یک پانل شامل 78 کشور توسعه یافته و در حال توسعه در طول سال های 2002-2015 بررسی می کند. علاوه بر این، تأثیر غیرمستقیم توسعه مالی در ارتباط بین جهانی شدن و نابرابری درآمد نیز با ورود آن به عنوان یک متغیر تعاملی بین جهانی شدن و توسعه مالی تحلیل شده است. شواهد تجربی براساس رهیافت گشتاورهای تعمیم یافته (<span dir="LTR">GMM</span>) نشان می دهند که جهانی شدن منجر به افزایش نابرابری درآمد می شود. با این حال، میزان تاثیر جهانی شدن بر نابرابری درآمد در سطوح بالاتر توسعه مالی کاهش می یابد. این یافته ها نشان می دهد که سطح بالای توسعه مالی منجر به توزیع درآمد بهتر در فرایند جهانی شدن شده است. به عنوان یک توصیه سیاستی، سیاستگذاران باید سطح توسعه مالی را بهبود ببخشند تا اثرات منفی جهانی شدن بر توزیع درآمد را کاهش دهند<span dir="LTR">.</span> This paper examines the impact of globalization on income inequality in a panel of 78 developed and developing countries over 2002&ndash;2015. Moreover, the indirect effect of financial development in the link between globalization and income inequality is also analyzed by incorporating the interaction term between globalization and financial development. The empirical evidence based on the first-difference generalized method of moments (difference GMM) estimator suggested by Arellano and Bond (1991) and the system GMM estimator proposed by Arellano and Bover (1995) shows that globalization tends to worsen income inequality. However, the magnitude of the impact of globalization on income inequality is decreased with higher levels of financial development. These findings suggest that a higher level of financial development results in equal income distribution in a globalized world.
