en بررسی و تجزیه‌و تحلیل عوامل کلیدی موفقیت فناوری بلاکچین در صنعت بانکداری بر پایه روش بهترین-بدترین بیزین اقتصاد پولی Monetary Economics پژوهشی اصیل - گزارش موردی Original Research - Case Study <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:black"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;XB Kayhan&quot;">فناوری بلاکچین به دلیل ویژگی‌های برجسته‌ای مانند شفافیت اطلاعاتی، امنیت بالا، تغییرناپذیری داده‌ها و توانایی حذف واسطه‌ها، پتانسیل تحول‌آفرینی در صنعت بانکداری را دارد. این فناوری با ایجاد دفتر کل توزیع‌شده، امکان انجام تراکنش‌های امن، سریع و بدون نیاز به نهادهای مرکزی را فراهم می‌کند که می‌تواند هزینه‌های عملیاتی را کاهش داده و کارایی سیستم‌های بانکی را بهبود بخشد. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و تعیین اهمیت عوامل حیاتی موفقیت فناوری بلاکچین در صنعت بانکداری انجام شد تا به بانک‌ها در بهره‌برداری مؤثر از این فناوری نوین کمک کند. &nbsp;ابتدا، عوامل حیاتی موفقیت از طریق مرور جامع ادبیات پژوهش شناسایی شدند و در ادامه، غربالگری آن‌ها به‌وسیله تکنیک دلفی فازی صورت پذیرفت. سپس، با استفاده از روش تصمیم‌گیری چندشاخصه گروهی بهترین-بدترین بیزین، میزان اهمیت هر یک از این عوامل محاسبه شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مقیاس‌پذیری بالا و توان پردازش سریع تراکنش‌ها، امنیت و استانداردسازی فناوری بلاکچین، و تعامل‌پذیری با سیستم‌های موجود از مهم‌ترین عوامل حیاتی موفقیت هستند. در انتها براساس نتایج و در راستای بهبود کارایی و امنیت سیستم‌های بانکی، پیشنهادهای اجرایی و پژوهشی ارائه گردید.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <p>Blockchain technology, due to its prominent features such as information transparency, high security, data immutability, and the ability to eliminate intermediaries, has the potential to transform the banking industry. By creating a distributed ledger, this technology enables secure, fast transactions without the need for central authorities, which can reduce operational costs and improve the efficiency of banking systems. This research was conducted to identify and determine the significance of critical success factors of blockchain technology in the banking industry, aiming to help banks effectively leverage this emerging technology. First, critical success factors were identified through a comprehensive literature review, and then they were screened using the fuzzy Delphi technique. Subsequently, the importance of each factor was calculated using the Bayesian best-worst method, a multi-criteria group decision-making approach. The findings indicated that high scalability and fast transaction processing speed, security and standardization of blockchain technology, and interoperability with existing systems are among the most critical success factors.
