en اثرات نامتقارن تغییرات نرخ ارز در ایران اقتصاد پولی Monetary Economics پژوهشی اصیل - نظری Original Research - Theoric یکی از موضوعات اساسی در مالیه بین‌الملل درجه عبور نرخ ارز به قیمت‌های مصرف‌کننده است. هدف اصلی این مطالعه، بررسی عبور نرخ ارز و اثر نامتقارن آن بر قیمت‌های مصرف‌کننده در ایران است. در پژوهش حاضر، آثار تکانه‌های نرخ ارز بر نرخ تورم و سایر متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی ایران، طی دوره زمانی ۱۳۶۷ تا ۱۳۹۳و به‌صورت فصلی، در چارچوب یک الگوی خودرگرسیون برداری بازگشتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج بیانگر این است که عبور نرخ ارز در کوتاه‌مدت ۳۲٫۵ درصد و در بلندمدت ۴۱٫۲ درصد بوده است که بیانگر ناقص بودن عبور نرخ ارز به قیمت‌های مصرف‌کننده است. همچنین نتایج بیانگر اثر نامتقارن عبور نرخ ارز است که در حدود ۳۶٫۵ درصد افزایش نرخ ارز (کاهش ارزش پول داخلی) به‌صورت مثبت و ۱۴٫۸ درصد کاهش نرخ ارز (افزایش ارزش پول داخلی) به‌صورت منفی، در تورم قیمت مصرف‌کننده منعکس شده است. One of the main issues in international finance is the ratio of exchange rate pass through to consumer prices. The main objective of this study is to examine the exchange rate fluctuations and its asymmetric effect on consumer prices in Iran’s economy. In the present study, the effects of positive and negative impacts of the exchange rate on inflation rate and other macroeconomic variables of Iran during the period from 1988 to 2017, in the framework of a recursive VAR model have investigated. The results indicate that exchange rate pass through in the short run is 33.5% and in the long run is 43.03%, which indicates that the exchange rate is incomplete.
